Dear Guest,

This month the Team has made some major changes to the layout of the Academic Campus. The need for a sports complex became apparent to us. As a result, we moved the Fitness Center and Pool Building, the Ice Hockey Rink and Basketball Court Center, Baseball Stadium and Sports Arena has been moved onto adjoining additional property at the Campus. The Planetarium and space related classrooms are now situated where the Football Stadium had been placed previously. Therefore, the entire campus has been substantially increased in size.

 

So far, we have had 3 Presentations and more will be given of the concepts and models. If you are interested and let us know; we will notify you of future presentations. We have been working over many months on concepts and models for the Academic Campus and Headquarters, then our Forum Admin loaded them on a points presentation. The first 2 Points Presentations have focused on this important visual representation of the many buildings at the Headquarters and Academic Campus model. This is Phase I. Over many years the ideas and plans have been envisioned as concepts only.

 

Our team  has now completed Phase II – that includes lists of each building’s staff for all the areas of need that both Campuses will require. The Headquarters and Academic Campus lists are now completed and ready. We may learn of other professional services that will be required and add them as they present themselves. The Academic Campuses will require the most employment because of the many Academies we expect to have operating. Phase II also included developing the curriculum which has been completed and a wide selection of Degrees offered at the Academy.

So far we have listed hundreds of career opportunities we will require from housekeeping to teaching; maintenance to management teams! Every level of Food Services from bussers to chefs… Sports staff from instructors to coaches; skilled trade instructors from myriad trades. On our production floor at the Headquarters, we need writers, proofreaders, editors, printers and binders; video-course production staff as well as audio-book staff. This is just a short list to give ideas for employment. However, there will be many career opportunities at the Headquarters where I will be stationed. 

 

Both the Headquarters and the Academic Campuses will need a wide scope of positions to be filled. The Headquarters must be the first focus for the many positions that are required to handle all the needs of the many Academic Campuses throughout the USA. The lists will help you see where you fit, where your strengths and interests are compatible. We will look at your experience, gifts, talents so do not worry whether you have a degree in an area you would truly want to bring to the Academy of Light. There will be certain areas that will require credentials such as lawyers, accountants, counselors, first aid clinic, specialists we will need as consultants and staff with HR skills, etc. Classroom aides on the Pre-Kindergarten and first grade floors of the elementary schools who have the heart to support the little ones will be based on your love of that work and guided by the teachers that they will be working with.

 

There will be many career opportunities that require life experience at the Academic Campuses (to name a few: craftsmen, farming, woodworking, construction, roofers, x-military for our security team and so much more) all experience-based that will be the best instructors. For those of you that may be teaching or in the administrative end of a college, university or undergraduate campus; you are aware of the myriad positions that must be filled to assure a well-run campus. Especially for our educational system that will bring much more to each student. Here the students will have every part of their education customized to their gifts and talents; individually managed to assure their interest is peaked and their skill levels met… much more as stated at the points presentations.

Phase III - This begins when funding is available for Humanitarian Projects. Our team has gathered all the information required for this phase. Therefore we are ready and waiting.

Location of the Headquarters is yet to be known. Location of the first model Campus will be close to the Headquarters Campus. Each step and stage of this project is being managed by those volunteering to be assisting in the planning stages. If you want to be part of this stage, please let me know you are interested. Those that do not get in touch with me; to keep you in the loop, I will feel that this is not something that is good timing for you now. However, in the future you may be ready. Let me know.

What we are looking for is for you to write a concise description of your life’s experiences, your skills that you have developed, what career(s) have you been involved in, education and training as well as innate gifts you have to share with the Academy of Light. Your whole life has prepared you for this project.

First and foremost, you will need to have a desire to be part of the Academy of Light for the reasons we stated in our Mission Statement. Ask yourself if you want to provide students at any of the grade levels an educational experience like no other that we know of. Using the best models available and adding in so much more to a student’s knowledge base: academic, spiritual, physically strong and having an opportunity to apply the knowledge. Give thought to what life experience, skills in particular fields and trades; what talents you have to offer to the Academy of Light and join us…

Once we are accepted in all the USA States; our vision is to expand around the globe. There are many opportunities for employment available for the various stages of development. For now, the Founders group and anyone else that is interested in creating every area of the Academy with us, are all volunteers until funding is established for this humanitarian project.

​

Together we will bring this concept and vision into manifestation.
